Click color box to change color, drag&drop file names to change order
To merge several track files, select them from the menu on the left.
To extract a subset of one or several track files, draw a rectangle with the mouse either on the track display below or on the quantitative parameters (this resembles drawing a gate in a FACS analysis).
To save the current selection as a single new track file, enter the file name below and click on "save".
